You need to look at sites holistically and relatively. On site sites, 100 visits/year is a lot, some it’s not a lot. Set that threshold based on what you feel is “good traffic”.

What is a “good” engagement rate?
Looking at bounce rate, avg top on page and sessions (losing or gaining) as a means to gauge the impact of that content on an organic visitor. You also need to set these thresholds accordingly.
